    一周饮食记

    本周饮食非常具有典型性,注意,不是“非典型性。。。”
    周日煮了一锅水鸭汤,用料十足,当然是吃不完的,因为我还煮了火锅吐舌,一时冲动啊,为什么买了这么多东东?!
    好吧,不要浪费,放在冰箱,开始努力消化!!!
    周一,很正常的热了鸭汤,下了新买的面,嚯嚯,鸭汤面果然非同凡响。
    周二,改了花样,将鸭汤凝结的鸭油下热锅,再把溶了一半的冰糖倒入(因为没有白糖,就用冰糖泡开水,由等不及全化开),糖浆出现后,把部分鸭肉倒入,一顿猛炒,加酱油,蒜,五香粉,还有新搜到的瑶柱调味汁。当当当!独家秘方的红烧鸭肉出炉了。真的好吃,特别是伴着一股焦糖味,啧啧,让我上瘾呢!
    周三,也就是今天,为了养生,做了鸭丝粥,先把鸭油抹一些在电饭煲的锅底,据说就不沾锅的,再把淘好的米放进去,最后放几块碎鸭肉。把电饭煲拨到煮饭档,冒蒸汽后再拨到煲粥的档位,速度会比直接拨到煲粥快哦。等煲粥的时间也不能浪费啊,我麻利的打上两个蛋,搅成蛋液,加盐,调味汁。在深口锅里加水,放架子,再把盛好蛋液的碗放上,盖上锅盖等上一会儿。很快水开了,蛋液凝成“蛋糕”,因为锅盖是尖顶型的,蛋糕也形成六个突起,呵呵,象朵花似的,莫非鸡蛋花就是这样得名的?最后洒上点酱油,香啊!吃完蛋糕,粥也差不多了,热呼呼的真暖胃,可惜盐放少了点,算了,不拘小节,大方向是对的,革命会成功地~~~~~
    现在还剩下1/3的鸭汤带肉,明天要开发新品种!!我估计本周都是鸭菜谱了。还好不上火。
